A woven Jaquard ribbon with Christmas Wreath design. The lead is 4 foot long and the collar is 1 1/2 inchs wide. The collar adjusts from 13 to 19 inches and has welded zinc plated hardware. (The collar is available with a green satin lining, email me for pricing.)
